New Patients

New patients are welcome to make an appointment by contacting us online or via phone by clicking on the “Call Now” tab on the top of this web page.

If you are a New Patient to MyDoc Healthcare please bring the following to your next consultation:

  1. A valid Medicare card if you have one (check expiry date)

  2. If you are a Workcover patient, you will need to inform your Employer prior to the consultation. Please bring with you your employer’s contact details for verification to arrange payment through Workcover.

  3. Not all procedures are able to be billed through Medicare and will therefore incur a cost. These include, after hours/weekend consultations, dressings, suturing, some vaccinations. We accept Cash, Eftpos and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard only). We do not accept Cheques.

  4. Please arrive 5 minutes before your consultation so we can register you.

  5. We understand that life can get hectic and things change, however if you need to change your appointment please inform us as soon as possible by calling (03) 5439 5745 to avoid late cancellation fees.
